Following the rebrand of Eolas Recruitment to Fruition, we were engaged to refresh key areas of their office environment to reflect their new brand identity. The project involved transforming walls, partitions, and feature areas to create a modern, cohesive workspace aligned with the Fruition brand. Our approach included 3D visualizations and presentations, followed by full production and deployment of the office fit-out elements.
Precise Brand Alignment: The client had very specific branding requirements, including colors, finishes, and placement, which required careful attention to detail.
Complex Installations: Incorporating elements such as a circular lightbox within a foliage wall and a full fabric lightbox wall demanded precision in both design and installation.
Multiple Materials & Surfaces: The project included a variety of materials, including glass partitions, walls, lightboxes, and foamex lettering, each requiring tailored solutions for mounting and finishing.
Operational Continuity: Work had to be completed efficiently without significantly disrupting the client’s day-to-day office operations.
Feature Walls & Lightboxes: We integrated a circular lightbox into a foliage wall and constructed a full fabric lightbox wall, creating visually striking focal points that reflected the Fruition brand.
Glass Partition Treatments: Glass partitions between offices were enhanced with bespoke frosted and graphic films, providing privacy while maintaining a modern and open feel.
Branded Wall Graphics & Finishes: Additional walls were wrapped with branded graphics and frosting, complemented by fresh painting to ensure a polished, cohesive appearance.
Foamex Lettered Logos: 19mm foamex logos were painted in the brand’s RAL color and mounted on 20mm stand-offs, delivering a professional, three-dimensional effect that reinforced brand identity.
End-to-End Project Management: From 3D visualizations and client approvals to production and installation, we managed the project to ensure quality, precision, and adherence to timelines.
Outcome: The Fruition office was successfully transformed into a modern, brand-aligned workspace, combining striking visual features with functional office design. The project enhanced the brand presence within the office and created an engaging environment for staff and visitors.
